THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ITALOJET AUTO DIAGNOSTICS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL ITALOJET AUTO DIAGNOSTICS BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, IF ANY, UNLESS OTHERWISE REQUIRED BY LAW.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ItaloJet Auto Diagnostics, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

7. Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
